Ms. Heffner’s training experience includes creating and delivering training programs for employers, including Fortune 500 and small businesses; school and government employers; and religious and other not-for-profit organizations.

Working in retail sales, as a training manager and in human resources in the technology industry and, as the managing partner for a real estate business, Ms. Heffner has more than 30 years of experience in the private sector. She has more than ten years experience in the legal field, much of it addressing workplace risks and has worked for The McCalmon Group, Inc. for more than six years.
